I will also provide you with a market analysis that will compare your home with many others of similar style and size and provide a listing price range that will be competitive in today's market. An in-depth research analysis and marketing plan will be made available to you.
A buyer needs: A broker who will understand their needs and wants and provide them with the knowledge of the current market. I will also provide a market analysis on a property they have an interest in, along with a recommendation of an offer range.
