Wilson Wolfe is all about you

Founded in 1999, Wilson Wolfe Real Estate fused the vision of four industrious go-getters in residential real estate: to forge an independent, family-owned-and-operated real estate agency, dedicated to going above and beyond to surpass the wishes of the people we serve. Wilson Wolfe united husband-and-wife duo Bill and Betty Wolfe—then-owners of Wilmington’s #1 Wolfe Real Estate—with the established mother-daughter realty team of Catherine Wilson and Chrisanne Connolly. Rather than being driven by numbers, Wilson Wolfe Real Estate’s founding, people-centric philosophy was simple: if we set your intentions as our own—if we genuinely care as much about your real estate goals as you do—the numbers would follow.

And follow they did. Within our first year, WWRE closed twice the volume of the second-largest real estate office in town. By 2020, our small and mighty team of 12 REALTORS® surpassed $1 billion in real estate transactions. Our team-our pack-achieved this together, by upholding our founders' core values: honesty, integrity, always adhering to the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, and above all, tirelessly working to surpass the individual dreams of each client. Though Wilson Wolfe is constantly chased by famous real estate chains eager to buy us into their fold, we are so proud to maintain our community-centric, independent status. Where community history

Meets the future

Founder Bill Wolfe always envisioned Wilson Wolfe as a welcoming point for new residents to acclimate to the community. In 2019, this tenet transformed to brick and mortar in a new way when Wilson Wolfe relocated to Wilmington's first Post Office, in operation from the 1920s to the 1950s. Situated across the street from Wilmington's commuter rail station, Wilson Wolfe now calls this original community hub its home-a synthesis of history and modern design, and the perfect hearth from which to greet and guide our greater community in planting the roots of the future. Though our beloved Bill unexpectedly passed away just before our grand opening, we feel the inspiring embrace of his gregarious spirit in all we do, and are honored to carry on his heartfelt legacy every time we welcome a new member of our community through our doors.
