Renovating Historic 186 Summer Avenue in Reading, Massachusetts

After years of debate and controversy 186 Summer Avenue in Reading was sold last fall to Reading resident and real estate developer Dennis O'Neill and neighboring Reading resident Jerry Lamb (Nash Partners, LLC). The pair has already engaged several service providers to help turn their dream of restoring the property to its former glory into a reality.

Reading resident and Realtor®, Chrisanne Connolly, of Wilson Wolfe Real Estate and Jennifer Colvin of JColvin Design along with the Reading Historical Commission are all consulting with Dennis and Jerry to ensure that the property has everything a discriminating buyer is looking for—and honoring its proud historic past—for when the property is listed for sale later this year.

Thank you Suzanne, I agree and can't thank Dennis O'Neill and Jerry Lamb enough for getting this long awaited restoration project off the ground.

My family owned this house from 1963 to 1982. It has warmed all of our hearts to see this once magnificent home being restored. I am one of six kids that fortunately grew up here. Good luck and I will surely be watching your progress. Thanks to all!
