After years of debate and controversy 186 Summer Avenue in Reading was sold last fall to Reading resident and real estate developer Dennis O'Neill and neighboring Reading resident Jerry Lamb (Nash Partners, LLC). The pair has already engaged several service providers to help turn their dream of restoring the property to its former glory into a reality.
Reading resident and Realtor®, Chrisanne Connolly, of Wilson Wolfe Real Estate and Jennifer Colvin of JColvin Design along with the Reading Historical Commission are all consulting with Dennis and Jerry to ensure that the property has everything a discriminating buyer is looking for—and honoring its proud historic past—for when the property is listed for sale later this year.

Residents and home renovation enthusiasts are welcome to follow along as this historic property gets a much needed facelift and readies itself for the next chapter in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the greater Boston area.
