Summer has finally arrived and the team 186 Summer Ave has been working tirelessly to bring this renovation to the final stages. We hope that the local community has enjoyed watching the evolution of the home that’s been obvious from the outside, as they pass by on their way to work, school or errands, or a daily stroll around the neighborhood.
As we approach the home stretch, the excitement is palpable. With all the major structural elements and exterior work largely complete, our crew has been begun to shift its focus, honing in on all the little details and finishing touches that will elevate the space and transform this home back into a cornerstone of Summer Avenue, as envisioned when this project began.
Working closely with our designer, Jennifer Colvin, we have been moving through the house room by room, ensuring that each element, from custom cabinetry, to light fixtures and trim, is thoughtfully considered and meticulously chosen to ensure everything flows seamlessly throughout. As each new component is brought to life within, the unique vision for this home becomes more and more tangible. We cannot wait to share the finished product with the community.
