Carolyn was wonderful to work with. I had never sold a home before, and she led me through the entire process from valuation and listing through the close. She was willing to help drive the sale towards the close in any way, including coordinating with the fire department for alarm testing, and meeting with other contractors when I couldn't be home. I would use Carolyn again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend her to friends and family.

I lived in another state and, by happy accident, ended up with Melissa Mullen as my broker. She was extraordinary.

Carolyn far exceeded expectations.  She is very thorough and responsive.  Throughout the entire process of listing our home through the closing she was fabulous.  I would highly recommend her to anyone.
