My husband and I reached out to Carolyn as we started our search for a home to inquire about a few different properties. She responded very quickly and set up a time to meet with us only a couple of days later and was very knowledgeable about the houses and the area we were looking in. We ended up not wanting to move forward with any of the properties we had inquired about but she recommended bringing us to a new housing development to check out brand new construction in the area. We ended up loving one of the houses on the lot and were able to get an offer approved within the week thanks to Carolyn's help!!

Throughout the process of signing a P&S all the way through the close, Carolyn was extremely responsive and helpful in providing information to us and was very patient and understanding of our questions as we were first time home buyers.  She was able to work as our buyer's realtor and represent our interests and make sure that all of our questions about the house were responded to by the seller's realtor along with the builder. She advocated for us throughout the whole process and we really were appreciative of the hard work that she put in to get us into our new home on time. 

I would highly recommend working with Carolyn as a first time or experienced home buyer - she really cares about her buyers and takes the time to help them through the decision making process that leads to buying a new house and making it a home!

Mary Ann Quinn and her team have helped me with both buying and selling homes since 1999 when I sold my Reading home and moved to Burlington. As a first time homebuyer in this crazy market I was overwhelmed by the whole process at first. My first weekend of house hunting without an agent seemed impossible until I met Celeste at an open house and she offered to help me look for the perfect home for me. I've never sold a house before,but as you all must be aware, it is a complicated process. That being said, I wish to thank Wilson Wolfe Real Estate, and especially Melissa Mullen for her advice in preparing the house and her above and beyond the call of duty for last minute adjustments by the buyer, as I was already moved to my new house in The Outer Banks NC.
