My wife and I trusted Maryann Quinn with the sale of our condo and the subsequent purchase of our house and we were incredibly happy with the results. Our condo yielded 7 offers, and we won the bid on the house where there were multiple offers. Buying and selling can be stressful, but we were comfortable throughout the entire process. Any realtor can show a house or write a listing, but the negotiation is what really matters. During both of our negotiations, Maryann's calm demeanor, measured approach, market knowledge and years of experience shined through. We can't recommend her enough! 

Carolyn was wonderful to work with. I had never sold a home before, and she led me through the entire process from valuation and listing through the close. She was willing to help drive the sale towards the close in any way, including coordinating with the fire department for alarm testing, and meeting with other contractors when I couldn't be home. I would use Carolyn again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend her to friends and family.

My husband and I reached out to Carolyn as we started our search for a home to inquire about a few different properties. She responded very quickly and set up a time to meet with us only a couple of days later and was very knowledgeable about the houses and the area we were looking in. We ended up not wanting to move forward with any of the properties we had inquired about but she recommended bringing us to a new housing development to check out brand new construction in the area. We ended up loving one of the houses on the lot and were able to get an offer approved within the week thanks to Carolyn's help!!

Throughout the process of signing a P&S all the way through the close, Carolyn was extremely responsive and helpful in providing information to us and was very patient and understanding of our questions as we were first time home buyers.  She was able to work as our buyer's realtor and represent our interests and make sure that all of our questions about the house were responded to by the seller's realtor along with the builder. She advocated for us throughout the whole process and we really were appreciative of the hard work that she put in to get us into our new home on time.

We are forever grateful for working with Mary Ann to find our first home. We enjoyed her passion for the industry and made sure to keep us updated on every house we wanted to look at. If you are serious about getting a house, even in this market that seems bizarre right now, you absolutely need to work with Mary Ann and her team.
