Carolyn was wonderful to work with. I had never sold a home before, and she led me through the entire process from valuation and listing through the close. She was willing to help drive the sale towards the close in any way, including coordinating with the fire department for alarm testing, and meeting with other contractors when I couldn't be home. I would use Carolyn again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend her to friends and family.

My wife and I trusted Maryann Quinn with the sale of our condo and the subsequent purchase of our house and we were incredibly happy with the results. Our condo yielded 7 offers, and we won the bid on the house where there were multiple offers. Buying and selling can be stressful, but we were comfortable throughout the entire process. Any realtor can show a house or write a listing, but the negotiation is what really matters. I have bought and sold quite a few homes in my life, Carolyn Giroux has been the best Realtor, by far, that I have ever worked with.  She literally did whatever needed to be done to get my late sister’s house sold.  She made a stressful and sensitive process a pleasure.
